McCrady, City Manager <br /> Wendy Morthland, Corporation Counsel , <br /> SUBJECT: Amendments to City Code <br /> Several amendments to various City Code chapters are being presented tonight. <br /> These proposed changes are generally changes to reflect actual practices or clean up <br /> ordinances. The specifics are presented below. <br /> Chapter 5: Change to reflect the changing of daylight savings time. <br /> Chapter 6: Change will include the Appearance of Citizens and Other Business <br /> portions of the Council Agenda as well as reverse the order of these <br /> two. <br /> Chapter 7: Corrects titles and names of departments of City. <br /> Chapter 10: Deletes unnecessary section of chapter and corrects numbering of <br /> Sections. <br /> Chapter 12: Corrects titles of positions of City and clarifies existing practices. <br /> Chapter 16: Authorizes renaming of Department of Engineering and Infrastructure <br /> to Public Works Department. <br /> Chapters 34, Changes name of Department of Engineering and Infrastructure or <br /> 36, 38, 39, 41, Director to Public Works Department or Director. <br /> 41.1, 57, 63, <br /> 64, 73 and 74: <br /> Chapters 41, Corrects titles of Superintendent of Building Inspections and <br /> 63 and 67.2: Construction Inspections Manager to Building Inspections Manager. <br />
