ORDINANCE NO. 2009-34 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 34—TRAFFIC - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Section 37 of Chapter 34 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and <br /> the same is hereby, amended and modified by adding sections (m) through (t) thereto, so that <br /> said sections (m) through (t) shall provide as follows: <br /> 37. REMOVAL OF VEHICLES. <br /> (m) When any vehicle is used in the commission of prostitution as <br /> defined in Section 5/11-14 of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5/11-14, <br /> solicitation of a sexual act as defined in Section 5/11-14.1 of the Illinois Criminal <br /> Code, 720 ILLS 5/11-14.1, soliciting for a prostitute as defined in Section 5/11- <br /> 15 of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5/11-15, soliciting for a juvenile <br /> prostitute as defined in Section 5/11-15.1 of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 <br /> ILCS 5/11-15.1, patronizing a prostitute as defined in Section 5/11-18 of the <br /> Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5/11-18, patronizing a juvenile prostitute as <br /> defined in Section 5/11-18.1 of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5/11-18.1, <br /> pandering as defined in Section 5/11-16 of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS <br /> 5/11-16, or public indecency as defined in Sections 5/11-9 of the Criminal Code, <br /> 720 ILCS 5/11-9. <br /> (n) When any vehicle is used in the possession or delivery of a controlled <br /> substance as defined and included in the schedules of Article II of the Illinois <br /> Controlled Substance Act, 720 ILCS 570/101 et. seq., of cannabis as defined in <br /> the Cannabis Control Act, 720 ILCS 550/1 et, seq. or drug paraphernalia as <br /> defined in the Drug Paraphernalia Control Act, 720 ILCS 600/2 et seq. <br /> (o) When any vehicle is used in the commission of a weapons offense as <br /> defined and contained within Article 24 of Chapter 720 of the Illinois Compiled <br /> Statutes. <br />
