ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS CHAPTER 34 - TRAFFIC - 37. REMOVAL OF VEHICLES. (m) When any vehicle is used in the commission of prostitution as defined in Section 5/11-14 of the Illinois Criminal Code 720 ILCS 5/11-14 solicitation of a sexual act as defined in Section 5/11-14.1 of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5/11-14.1, solicitingfor a prostitute as defined in Section 5/11- 15 of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5/11-15, solicitingfor a juvenile prostitute as defined in Section 5/11-15.1 of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 511.1-15.1, patronizing a prostitute as defined in Section 5/11-18 of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5/11-18, patronizing a juvenile prostitute as defined in Section 5/11-18.1 of the Illinois Criminal Code 720 ILCS 5/11-18.1 pandering as defined in Section 5/11-16 of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5/11-16, or public indecency as defined in Sections 5/11-9 of the Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5/11-9. (n) When any vehicle is used in the possession or delivery of a controlled substance as defined and included in the schedules of Article II of the Illinois Controlled Substance Act, 720 ILCS 570/101 et. seq., of cannabis as defined in the e Cannabis Control Act 720 ILLS 550/1 et. seq or drug p ara dhernalia as p defined in the Drug Paraphernalia Control Act, 720 ILCS 600/2 et seq. (o) When any vehicle is used in the commission of a weapons offense as defined and contained within Article 24 of Chapter 720 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes. (p) When any vehicle is used in the commission of the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs and/or intoxicating substances as defined in Section 5/11-501 of the Illinois Vehicle Code 625 ILCS 5/11-501. (q) When any vehicle is used in the commission of the offense of driving on a suspended or revoked license as defined in Section 5/6-303 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/6-303. (r) When any vehicle is issued in the commission of the offense of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer as defined in Section 5/11-204 or 11/204.1 of the Illinois Vehicle Code 625 ILCS 5/11-204 and 204.1.
