REMOVAL OF VEHICLES. <br /> (m) When any vehicle is used in the commission of prostitution as <br /> defined in Section 5/11-14 of the Illinois Criminal Code 720 ILCS 5/11-14 <br /> solicitation of a sexual act as defined in Section 5/11-14.1 of the Illinois Criminal <br /> Code, 720 ILCS 5/11-14.1, solicitingfor a prostitute as defined in Section 5/11- <br /> 15 of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5/11-15, solicitingfor a juvenile <br /> prostitute as defined in Section 5/11-15.1 of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 <br /> ILCS 511.1-15.1, patronizing a prostitute as defined in Section 5/11-18 of the <br /> Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS 5/11-18, patronizing a juvenile prostitute as <br /> defined in Section 5/11-18.1 of the Illinois Criminal Code 720 ILCS 5/11-18.1 <br /> pandering as defined in Section 5/11-16 of the Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS <br /> 5/11-16, or public indecency as defined in Sections 5/11-9 of the Criminal Code, <br /> 720 ILCS 5/11-9. <br /> (n) When any vehicle is used in the possession or delivery of a controlled <br /> substance as defined and included in the schedules of Article II of the Illinois <br /> Controlled Substance Act, 720 ILCS 570/101 et. seq., of cannabis as defined in <br /> the e Cannabis Control Act 720 ILLS 550/1 et. seq or drug p ara dhernalia as <br /> p <br /> defined in the Drug Paraphernalia Control Act, 720 ILCS 600/2 et seq. <br /> (o) When any vehicle is used in the commission of a weapons offense as <br /> defined and contained within Article 24 of Chapter 720 of the Illinois Compiled <br /> Statutes. <br /> (p) When any vehicle is used in the commission of the offense of driving <br /> under the influence of alcohol, drugs and/or intoxicating substances as defined in <br /> Section 5/11-501 of the Illinois Vehicle Code 625 ILCS 5/11-501. <br /> (q) When any vehicle is used in the commission of the offense of driving <br /> on a suspended or revoked license as defined in Section 5/6-303 of the Illinois <br /> Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/6-303. <br /> (r) When any vehicle is issued in the commission of the offense of <br /> fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer as defined in Section 5/11-204 or <br /> 11/204.1 of the Illinois Vehicle Code 625 ILCS 5/11-204 and 204.1. <br />
