R2011-205 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br /> CUMMINS CROSSPOINT, LLC. <br /> - TRANSIT BUS ENGINE OVERHAUL - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the bid submitted for a Transit bus engine overhaul be received and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Cummins Crosspoint, LLC. be accepted and a purchase order <br /> be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor of the City of Decatur be, and she is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and <br /> Cummins Crosspoint, LLC. for a Transit bus engine overhaul, as specified in their bid, at the not- <br /> to-exceed price of$12,053.48. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 19`h day of December, 2011. <br /> ?
