RESOLUTION NO. R2011-197 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REAL ESTATE CONTRACT <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT MOUND CENTER <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Contract of Sale presented to the Council herewith between the City <br /> of Decatur and Tony Romano for the Sale of Property located at Mound Center for Twenty-Four <br /> Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00) be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and accepted. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign said Contract of Sale on behalf of the City of Decatur, and furthermore, that the <br /> City Manager be, and he is hereby, further authorized to cause to be done that which may appear <br /> to be appropriate to cause said real estate to be sold by and on behalf of the City. <br /> r <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 19`" day of December, 2011. <br /> MIC AEF T.
