RESOLUTION NO. 82011-196 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID <br /> —ANDERSON BACKHOE SERVICE — <br /> CITY PROJECT— 1112-19B <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing demolition of property <br /> (245 W. Leafland), City Project 1112-19B presented herewith be, and it is hereby, received, and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Anderson Backhoe Service be accepted and a purchase order be <br /> awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Anderson Backhoe Service for <br /> their bid price of $19,500.00. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th da of Decemb , 2011. <br /> MI AEL T.
