Joe L. Stowe is the owner of the <br /> property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Billy Tyus, Assistant City Manager for Development Services, 424- <br /> 2727. Dave Griffiths, Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Billy and/or Dave <br /> will be at the council meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $6,400.00 from the Community Development Block Grant. <br />
