t <br /> TASK ORDER NO. 16 <br /> FOR <br /> CONTINUING AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> DATED JUNE 16,2003 <br /> WHEREAS, a Continuing Agreement for Engineering Services dated June 16, 2003 <br /> (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), now exists and is in full force and effect <br /> between the City of Decatur, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) and Black& <br /> Veatch Corporation(hereinafter referred to as the Engineer); and, <br /> WHEREAS, the scope of services subject to the Agreement is being expanded to include <br /> subsurface investigation and preliminary design tasks (Phases 1 and 2) related to <br /> exploration for possible horizontal collector well sites as described in Attachment A, <br /> Scope of Services for this Task Order No. 16; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises contained in the Agreement, <br /> Owner and Engineer agree to amend the Agreement as stipulated in this Task Order <br /> No. 16 and Attachments A and B. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Task Order No.16 and its <br /> effective date shall be November 28, 2011. <br /> n <br /> CIT OF DECATUR BLACK& VEATCH <br /> ;00, NE � ENGINEER <br /> By.
