August 16, 2010—Council approved Resolution R2010-159 authorizing Change Orders No. 2,No. <br /> 3, and No. 4 covering repairs to the north bascule gate. Council authorized additional funding in the <br /> amount of$280,233.22 which resulted in a total authorized project amount of$3,128,137.77. <br /> May 2, 2011 —Council approved Resolution R2011-57 authorizing amendment No. 4 with Hanson <br /> for construction engineering services to assist with the inspection of the ongoing repairs to the Lake <br /> Decatur Dam for a fee not to exceed $104,900. The amendment authorizes an increase in the total <br /> engineering services fee from$296,582 to $401,482. <br /> August 15, 2011 —Council approved Resolution R2011-131 authorizing Change Order No. 15 <br /> covering repairs to the south bascule gate. Council authorized additional funding in the amount of <br /> $263,885.57 which resulted in a total authorized project amount of$3,392,023.34. <br /> Page 14 <br />
