Illinois Department Resolution for Improvement by <br /> �ar �1'letlMunicipality Under the Illinois <br /> of Transportation Highway Code <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the <br /> Council or President and Board of Trustees <br /> City of Decatur Illinois <br /> City,Town or Village <br /> that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code: <br /> Name of Thorouhfare Route From To <br /> Fairview Avenue (IL 48) FAP 716 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, <br /> 1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of The improvement of approximatly 1.97 miles of FAP 716 <br /> from Marietta Street to South Side Drive by pavement patching, hot-mix asphalt surface removal, hot-mix asphalt <br /> resurfacing, detector loops, inlet adjustment, pavement marking, and other necessary work. <br /> The work shall include resurfacing each approach of West Main Street and the east approach of West Sunset <br /> Avenue. and shall be constructed variable wide <br /> and be designated as Section 11-00122-00-FP <br /> 2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional ❑ Yes 0 No) sum of Twenty-three thousand dollars <br /> and 00/100 Dollars( $23,000.00 )for the <br /> improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds. <br /> 3.
