RESOLUTION NO. R2011-175 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> URS CORPORATION FOR PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF THE BRUSH COLLEGE <br /> ROAD NORFOLK SOUTHERN RAILROAD CROSSING <br /> CITY PROJECT 2009-33 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement between URS Corporation and the City of Decatur for <br /> the preliminary design of the Brush College Road and Norfolk Southern Railroad Crossing <br /> be, and the same is hereby modified to authorize a Change Order for an additional cost of <br /> $587,714.35, for a total amount not to exceed $1,398,714.35. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute such Change <br /> Order as is necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> Section 3.
