R2011-169 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> UNITED COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS, INC. /CALL ONE <br /> TELECOMMUNICATIONS AGREEMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreements presented to the City Council herewith between United <br /> Communications Systems, Inc. d/b/a Call One and the City of Decatur for Local and Long <br /> Distance Telecommunications Services Customer Service Agreement for City Operations and <br /> ISDN Primary Rate Interface Customer Service Agreement be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
