Cochran in the amount of$15,000 to provide construction <br /> engineering services for the Water Street Streetscape Enhancement Project—Phase 1 for <br /> a total adjusted Agreement amount of$369,238.43. <br /> • August 29, 2011 —Council approved Resolution R2011-137 authorizing a Change Order <br /> with Otto Baum Company and additional funding in the amount of$36,165.58, be added <br /> to the contract for the Water Street Streetscape Enhancement Project, City Project 2010- <br /> 14, for a total project cost of$805,974.48. This Change Order was for the installation of <br /> conduit for future event electrical wiring and conduit for future fiber optic <br /> communication cable. <br /> Page 14 <br />
