T <br /> SECTION 1: EQUIPMENT <br /> A. The City shall purchase from SunGuard Public Sector the OneSolution <br /> ("OSSI") software system to be used for dispatch and report writing by the parties <br /> subject to Section 2 of this Agreement. <br /> B. The City shall own all equipment utilized in the Center including, but not <br /> limited to the software OSSI. <br /> C. The City shall be responsible, subject to the provisions set forth in <br /> Section 2, for the maintenance of said equipment and software. <br /> D. The City is authorized by the parties to make adjustments and any <br /> modifications to the equipment and/or software it deems necessary and required. <br /> SECTION 2: PURCHASE <br /> A. The City shall purchase the OSSI on or about November 2011 for an <br /> amount not to exceed One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Eight <br /> Dollars and Two Cents ($115, 258.02). <br /> B. The County shall reimburse the City for their pro rata share of the cost of <br /> OSSI in the amount of Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Seventeen Dollars and <br /> Thirty-Three Cents ($16,617.33). <br /> C. The Village shall reimburse the City for their pro rata share of the cost of <br /> OSSI in the amount of Two Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Three Dollars and <br /> Ninety Cents ($2,373.90). <br /> D. The County and Village agree to reimburse the City the above amounts <br /> within thirty (30) days of demand by the City. <br /> SECTION 3: MAINTENANCE <br /> A. The City shall be responsible for the annual payment of the <br /> maintenance agreement costs of OSSI when due. <br /> B. The County shall reimburse the City annually for their pro rata share of <br /> the maintenance agreement costs of OSSI in the amount of 15.64% of the total <br /> annual maintenance costs. <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
