RESOLUTION NO. R2011-130 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT <br /> COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (CHDO) AGREEMENT <br /> -HOME PROGRAM FY 2010 - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Amendment to the Community Housing Development Organization <br /> (CHDO) Agreement approved by Resolution R2010-134 and presented to the City Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and Near Westside Restoration and Preservation Society <br /> regarding the rehabilitation of property located at 680 South Haworth be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign said Agreement for said additional amount of$10,000.00; and furthermore, that <br /> said completion date be extended to no later than June 21, 2012. <br /> Section 3.
