AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> FOR <br /> CITY OF DECATUR <br /> 1,000,000 GALLON WATER TOWER AND BOOSTER PLIMP STATION <br /> L17-2552 <br /> Whereas, the CITY OF DECATUR,hereinafter referred to as the OWNER and BAINBRIDGE, <br /> GEE,MI LANSKI&ASSOCIATES,INC.,hereinafter referred to as the ENGINEER,entered into <br /> an Agreement for Construction Engineering Services dated July 6,2009,hereinafte r refcired to as the <br /> ORIGINAL AGREEMENT, and <br /> Whereas the ENGINEER is providing project management and construction inspection services on <br /> the 1,000,000 Gallon Water Tower and Booster Pump Station project and, <br /> Whereas the contract amount for these engineering set-vices was estimated to be$150,000.00, and <br /> the estimated work required to complete the project will exceed the original estimated engineering <br /> services fee. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT is hereby amended as follows: <br /> Under the OWNER AGREES: "the total of cnginecring invoicing shall not exceed $150,000 <br /> without written authorization"will be changed to"the total of engineering invoicing shall not exceed <br /> $162,000 without written authorization" <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties hereto have affixed their hands and seals this 29'x' day of <br /> March 2011. <br /> OWNER ENGINEER <br /> Cite of 11rocatur Bainbridge, Gee, Milanski & Associates, Inc. <br /> r <br /> By'k A All �!
