As discussed <br /> our existing Engineering Services contract did not include any services after the award <br /> of the construction contract to the contractor. These additional.services are for the <br /> following construction engineering services for the Phase I project only. <br /> PWC AGREES <br /> 1. To provide the following construction engineering services and assistance to <br /> the City of Decatur during the construction phase of the improvements for the <br /> Phase I North Water Streetscape Enhancement Project: <br /> A. To assist the City of Decatur with answering contractor's questions which <br /> may arise during the construction of the improvements. These questions <br /> could be construction detail questions or design related questions. <br /> B. To make site visits if requested <br /> C.. To review shop drawings, material submittals, equipment list submittals, <br /> etc. <br /> D. To provide survey services if requested. Said survey services would <br /> include checking contractor's layout, control point replacement or other <br /> quality control type issues. <br /> E.
