RESOLUTION NO. R2011-76 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZING THE <br /> EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT TO PURCHASE GIS SOFTWARE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the attached maintenance quote of Environmental Systems <br /> Research Institute, Inc. for software licensing be accepted and a contract be awarded <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Environmental <br /> Systems Research Institute, Inc for said software and services at the proposed price of <br /> $17,267.32. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2011. <br /> ,W, <br /> IRAL T.
