Scope of Services and Responsibilities. The DEPARTMENT and the GOVERNMENTAL BODY agree as specified in <br /> Part 5. <br /> B. Compensation. Compensation (if any) shall be as specified in Part 6. <br /> C. Term of Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2021. <br /> D. Amendments. All changes to this Agreement must be mutually agreed upon by the DEPARTMENT and the <br /> GOVERNMENTAL BODY and be incorporated by written amendment, signed by the parties. <br /> E. Renewal.
