ADDITIONAL SEWER TELEVISING— <br /> Will be charged at the agreed upon unit price rate in Item A above. <br /> 5. ON-SITE FIELD ENGINEERING AND INVESTIATION— <br /> To locate lost or buried manholes. Verify changes in sewer line locations that are <br /> not on record with the City Engineering office including surveying and drafting. <br /> Field Survey/Recon- $80.00 per hour <br /> Drafting and Office Engineering- $80.00 per hour <br /> The above fee structure is an estimate of our basic service offered and are negotiable based on the extent <br /> of each service required. <br /> Under items B, D-2 and D-3 above, current prevailing wage laws will be adhered to for employees <br /> engaging in emergency Trenchless sewer rehabilitation, emergency manhole rehabilitation and cleaning. <br /> H-1 <br />
