RESOLUTION NO. R2011-67 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> BINDER PLUMBING & HEATING COMPANY <br /> 2011 SUMP PUMP INSPECTION PROGRAM <br /> (CITY PROJECT 2011-04) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the City Council herewith between the City <br /> of Decatur and Binder Plumbing & Heating Company, Inc. for Professional Services for the <br /> 2011 Sump Pump Inspection Program be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
