Illinois D rtn1C'nt Resolution for Improvement by a Municipality Under the Illinois of Transportation Highway Code BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Council or President and Board of Trustees City of Decatur Illinois City,Town or Village that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code: Name of Thoroughfare Route From To Various City Streets BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, 1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of Resurfacing various streets in the City of Decatur with hot mix asphalt surface of varying depths. The work includes the removal, replacement or adjustment of manholes and valve boxes. Class B and Class D patching along with general milling work and chip and seal work are also included in the project and shall be constructed Various wide and be designated as Section 11-00108-00-FP 2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional ❑ Yes ® No) Sum of One Million, Seven Hundred Eighteen Thousand and no/00 Dollars( $1,718,000.00 )for the improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds. 3. That work shall be done by Contract ; and, Specify Contract or Day Labor BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to the district office of the Department of Transportation.
