That the invoice presented to the Council herewith from International Business <br /> Machines Corporation (IBM) for IBM DB2 Passport Advantage Maintenance Software <br /> Subscription and Support Renewal for Management Information Services Division, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
