R2011-49 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID <br /> —BANNER FIRE— <br /> CITY PROJECT— 1011-23 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing fire hose, City Project <br /> 1011-23 presented herewith be, and it is hereby, received, and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Banner Fire be accepted and a purchase order be awarded <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to <br /> execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Banner Fire for their bid price of <br /> $23,000.00. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th day of April 2011. <br /> lMI' L T.
