It would be the recommendation of <br /> staff that the Decatur Police Department pay the Sungard Public Sector annual maintenance contract at the cost <br /> of$66,127.80 to be paid out of the Communications tine item(s). <br /> BACKGROUND: The Decatur Police Department has used Sungard Public Sector software to operate the <br /> Emergency Communications Center and the associated systems for over 10 years.
