RESOLUTION NO. R2011-43 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BUDGET <br /> FOR THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011-2012 <br /> WHEREAS: The annual budget for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2011 and ending <br /> April 30, 2012 has been proposed by the City Manager and reviewed by the City Council; and, <br /> WHEREAS: The proposed budget was available for public inspection and a public <br /> hearing was held. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
