R2011-40 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A <br /> WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM LEAK DETECTION SURVEY <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH ADS LLC <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Water Distribution System Leak Detection Survey Agreement for <br /> Professional Services with ADS LLC, be accepted and a contract be awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and ADS LLC, for leak <br /> detection services at a lump sum fee of$102,302.38. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2011. <br /> [ MICHAEL T.
