Exhibit D <br /> INSURANCE <br /> Paragraph 5.05 of the Agreement is amended and supplemented to include the following agreement of the Parties. <br /> Section 1 -Workers Compensation Insurance <br /> ADS shall carry a standard Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability Policy on all its employees subject to statutory <br /> limits of the applicable Worker's Compensation Act. <br /> Section 2-Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance <br /> ADS agrees to carry a Commercial Automobile Liability Policy providing bodily injury liability,on an occurrence basis and <br /> property damage liability on an accident basis. The policy shall protect ADS against all liability arising out of the use of <br /> owned or leased automobiles,both passenger and commercial. Limits of liability for Commercial Automobile Liability <br /> Insurance shall be One Million Dollars($1,000,000)Combined Single Limit. <br /> Section 3-Commercial General Liability Insurance <br /> ADS agrees to carry a Commercial General Liability Policy providing bodily injury coverage on an occurrence basis,and <br /> property damage coverage on an accident basis,and including completed operations, independent contractors,and contractual <br /> liability coverage.
