RESOLUTION NO. R2011-36 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING EXPENDITURE <br /> FOR LADDER TRUCK HYDRAULIC SWIVEL REPAIR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the payment to Global Emergency Products, Inc. for the repair of the <br /> hydraulic swivel on the 75' Pierce Quint ladder truck be, and the same is hereby, approved and <br /> said payment be made in the amount not to exceed $10,842.00. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 3.
