RESOLUTION NO. R2011-33 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> HOMER L. CHASTAIN & ASSOCIATES, LLP <br /> FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE <br /> AND OPEN SPACE ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM <br /> CITY PROJECT 2010-17 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the professional services to design the Main <br /> Street Corridor of the City's Downtown Streetscape and Open Space Enhancement Program in <br /> downtown Decatur, presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Homer L. <br /> Chastain & Associates, LLP, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Homer L. Chastain <br /> & Associates, LLP, for a fee not to exceed $444,626.28. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 21 st day of March, 2011. <br /> 0,w <br /> Michae .
