RESOLUTION NO. R2011-31 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br /> ARCHER-DANIELS-MIDLAND COMPANY <br /> WATER AND SEWER MAIN CONSTRUCTION/EXISTING EASEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and Archer-Daniels-Midland Company regarding Construction and Maintenance of <br /> Water and Sewer Mains in an existing utility easement be, and it is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
