Water service shall be metered in accordance with City standards and specifications. <br /> 11. The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operation and use of the water <br /> service authorized hereby are expressly made subject to all the applicable provisions of <br /> codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of the City, and Owner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> 12.
