RESOLUTION NO. R2011-26 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR <br /> 2010 TRENCHLESS LONG LINING REPAIRS <br /> CITY PROJECT 2010-28 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2010-28, 2010 <br /> Trenchless Long Lining Repairs project, and presented to the Council herewith, be <br /> received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Hoerr Construction, Inc. in the amount of$404,996.25 <br /> be, and it is hereby, accepted and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
