RESOLUTION NO. R2011-22 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. <br /> OPERATING SYSTEM AND DATABASE SUPPORT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Annual Support and License Agreement presented to the <br /> Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Tyler Technologies, Inc. for MUNIS <br /> Operating System and Database Support be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
