R2011-21 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> - HURWITZ ENTERPRISES, LLC. - <br /> - MOUND CENTER- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Development Agreement between the City of Decatur and Hurwitz <br /> Enterprises presented to the Council herewith be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2.
