RESOLUTION NO. R2011-14 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF <br /> VIDEO CAMERA SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM <br /> WEED AND SEED GRANT EQUIPMENT PURCHASE <br /> - DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Department of Justice has approved the Purchase of One Video <br /> Camera Surveillance System by the Decatur Police Department through the Weed and Seed <br /> Grant Program, Year IV. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee be, and he is hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Bodine <br /> Communications in an amount not to exceed Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Four Dollars <br /> ($9,984.00). <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 22"d day f February, 2011. <br /> r 1 <br /> ICHAEL T.
