T � <br /> - 2 - <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> This Agreement has been made and entered into by and <br /> between the City of Decatur and the Decatur Public Library <br /> (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer") and Council 31, <br /> American Federation of State, County and Municipal <br /> Employees, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the ("Union") <br /> on behalf of AFSCME Local 268 . <br /> The Union has been duly certified by the Illinois State <br /> Labor Relations Board for the purpose of collective <br /> bargaining for the unit of all Library employees as follows : <br /> Included: All full-time and part-time employees of the <br /> Decatur Public Library in the classifications of: System <br /> Administration Support Specialists, Routing Clerk II, <br /> Acquisitions/Interlibrary Loan Clerk II, Bookmobile Clerk- <br /> Driver, Building Custodian, Catalog Clerk I, Extension Clerk <br /> II, Head Library Page, Junior Cataloger, Library Assistant, <br /> Library Clerk I, Library Clerk II, Library Driver, Library <br /> Page, Senior Building Custodian, Technical Services Clerk I <br /> and Telephone Page. <br /> Excluded: Members of the Library Board, City Librarian, <br /> Assistant City Librarian, Librarian, Systems Administrator, <br /> Assistant Head of Building Division, Acquisitions Supervisor, <br /> Administrative Aide, Administrative Secretary, Head of Adult <br /> Division, Head of Building Division, Head of Children' s <br /> Division, Head of Circulation Division, Head of Extension <br /> Division, Head of Technical Division, Processing Supervisor, <br /> and all managerial, supervisory, confidential employees and <br /> all other employees excluded under the Act . <br /> ARTICLE I <br /> RECOGNITION <br /> Section 1 .
