RESOLUTION NO. R2 015-110 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. TO ASSIST THE CITY WITH <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE CONSENT ORDER FROM <br /> UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY <br /> CITY PROJECT 2013-01 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the professional engineering services for the <br /> preparation of sewer system reports and tasks required by the Administrative Consent Order, <br /> City Project 2013-01, presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and <br /> AECOM Technical Services, Inc., be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
