Initial SSO and CSO Notification to be submitted to Illinois EPA (IEPA) or Macon County <br /> Health Department and forwarded to US EPA (see Order,paragraph 42) <br /> 7.2. Property Backup Summaries <br /> 7.2.1. Assist in the generation of Backup Summaries to USEPA and IEPA on a quarterly <br /> basis. (see Order, paragraph 45). <br /> 7.2.1.1. Backup summaries shall be based on the protocols developed in Task 3.4 <br /> and shall be in accordance with the Order. <br /> 7.2.1.2. Submit the quarterly Backup summaries <br /> 7.2.1.3. Submit the quarterly Backup summaries to EPA and IEPA on January 31, <br /> April 30, July 31, and October 31 of each year. <br /> 7.2.2. Inform US EPA of the date when the enhanced Backup documentation program is <br /> implemented. <br /> 7.3. SCSAA Implementation Reporting <br /> 7.3.1. Generate Semi-Annual Reports (see Order, paragraph 53). <br /> 7.3.1.1. Must describe the status and progress of each project that is implemented <br /> for the previous half of the calendar year. <br /> 7.3.1.2. The reported projects shall be consistent rivith recommended projects ' <br /> chosen in the SCSAA. I <br /> 7.3.1.3. Submit reports to US EPA by January 31 and July 31 of each year, following �' <br /> the commencement of the SCSAA's implementation schedule. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Backup Summaries (3) <br /> • Semi-Annual Reports (1) <br /> • Report to counsel or city manager <br /> Schedule: <br /> • Submit quarterly Backup Summaries and Semi-Annual Reports per above schedule and in <br /> accordance with the Order. <br />
