RESOLUTION NO. 2 015-10 4 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH TYROLT INC. <br /> DB/A DUNN COMPANY FOR MOUND CENTER PARKING LOT <br /> REHABILITATION, <br /> CITY PROJECT 2015-06 <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2015-06, Mound Center <br /> Parking Lot Rehabilitation project be, and they are hereby, received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Tyrolt, Inc., d/b/a Dunn Company be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded accordingly and that said contract between Dunn Company and the City of Decatur <br /> is for a total amount of$53,002.26 in Economic Development funds. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Tyrolt, Inc., d/b/a <br /> Dunn Company, for said plan, in the amount of$53,002.26 in Economic Development funds. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2015. <br /> Julie oore Wolfe, yor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> �.t�" <br /> Debra G.
