4. As of the date of entry of this Consent Order and until such time as CLI meets all <br /> the requirements set forth in the Permit 2005-070-LF, including closure and post-closure care, <br /> CLI shall not accept for disposal at or within the boundaries of the real estate presently known as <br /> Clinton Landfill3, any MGP Source Material. <br /> 5. a. Notwithstanding any subsequent modifications to Permit 2005-070-LF, <br /> CLI shall at a minimum, semi-annually monitor groundwater monitoring wells located <br /> downgradient of Cell CWiJ-lA, namely: G40M, G40D, G40R, G47M, G47D, G47R, G48M, <br /> G48D, G48R, G49S, G49M, G49D, G49R, GSOS, G58M, G58D, G59D, and G59R at the <br /> Facility for the following parameters: <br /> a) Acenapthene <br /> b) Acenapthylene <br /> c) Anthracene; <br /> d) Benzene; <br /> e) Benzo(a)anthracene <br /> � Benzo(a)pyrene <br /> g) Benzo(b)fluoranthene <br /> h) Benzo(ghi)perylene <br /> i) Benzo(k)fluoranthene <br /> j) Chrysene <br /> k) Pentachlorophenol <br /> 1) Dibenzo(a,h)anthracene <br /> m) Ethylbenzene <br /> n) Fluoranthene <br /> o) Indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene <br /> p) Naphthalene <br /> c� Phenanthrene <br /> r) Pyrene <br /> s) Toluene <br /> t) Xylenes-Total , <br /> b. The requirements in Paragraph III.A.S shall remain in effect until such <br /> time as CLI completes closure and post-closure care, as required in conformity with all <br /> applicable permits, statutes, and Board regulations. <br /> 8 <br />
