AWI respectfully requests that the City continue to support the Initiative
at the current level of$52,000 per year,to be paid in monthly installments of$4,333,33.
In the 2009 City-AWI agreement, AWI agreed that City financial support far the Initiative would
be matched at least one-to-one by funding from other sources. In 2010, AWI received grants of
$200,637 from the Walton Family Foundation and $49,900 from the Illinois Department of
Commerce and Economic Opportunity, which far exceeded the one-to-one match. AWI agrees to
continue to the requirement that City funding be matched at least one-to-one with funds from
other sources.
This agreement may be terminated by either party provided that 5 calendar days written notice
has been received by the other party.
AWI agrees to perform work as described herein.
