King <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to Anderson <br /> Backhoe Service to remove asbestos if required, do necessary plumbing and demolish the <br /> property at 855 W. King. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. Larry and Joyce Clark are the owners of <br /> the property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg Crowe, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Greg and/or Dave will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have regarding this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $11,700.00 from the Community Development Block Grant. <br />
