Worl: will include the completion of the IDOT BBS-SFI-1 <br /> (Special feature Inspectionj form and, when reguired, updating and completinb the <br /> required IDOT bridge inspection reports (BBS-BIR-1 Multi Year For, 5-104, and S- <br /> l05). It is understood that the City of Decatur will provide a boat and pilot for the <br /> inspections. Inspection activity and report filing will be coordinated with the City of <br /> Decatur�and IDOT. <br /> 15.0 Perform project management tasks which include, revising the project budget in the <br /> URS accountinb s}�stem, beneral project administration and invoicing. <br /> An evaluation of the pump station option is not included in the additional scope. If it is determined <br /> that the gravity main option is not feasible, additional fee will be required to evaluate the pump <br /> station option. <br /> The fee for the services provided will be based on the actual ]abor�charges incurred on the project <br /> times a multiplier of 2.70 to covei�payroll burden, fringe, overhead, indirect costs and profit. Direct <br /> expenses such as travel and postage will be billed at their actual cost. The maximum estimated "not- <br /> to-exceed" fee for the additional work is $57,200. This fee is based on the estimated manhours <br /> provided in Attachment A. <br /> With this supplement, the total contract amount will be �134,700. <br /> 2of3 <br />
