RESOLUTION NO. R2010-231 <br />' RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR DESIGN IMPROVEMENTS TO ' <br /> SOUTH MAIN STREET AND SOUTH FRANKLIN STREET <br /> BY MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, that there is <br /> hereby appropriated the sum of $101,774 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the purpose of design <br /> improvements to South Main Street and South Franklin Street between Wood Street and <br /> Cleveland Avenue under the applicable provisions of the IIlinois Highway Code. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that only those streets, highways; and operations as <br /> listed and described as part of the City's Route 51 Street Improvement project, are eligible for <br /> Motor Fuel Tax funds and shall be designated as Section 10-00013-00-FP. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall, as soon as practicable after the <br /> close of the period as given above, submit to the Department of Transportation on forms <br /> furnished by said Department, a certified statement showing expenditures from and balances <br /> remaining in the account(s) for this period; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall immediately transmit two certified <br /> copies of this resolution to the district office of the Department of Transportation, at Effingham, <br /> Illinois. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 2010. <br /> , � <br /> IC AEL T.
