. ,� <br /> Haok : 5��0 Rage : 186 <br /> OWNERS' <br /> DECLARATION <br /> BE IT KNOWN that the City of Decatur, Illinois and Nick G. Striglos, being the <br /> owners of the premises legally described as: � <br /> Lot Three (3) in Block Two (2) of Cowan & Hostetler's Addition to <br /> the City of Decatur as per plat recorded in Book A, Page 201 of the <br /> records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois and <br /> situated in the County of Macon, State of Illinois, <br /> do hereby subdivide the said tract of land and do hereby make the attached plat of said <br /> subdivision for the purpose of the construction of parking lots as designated on said plat <br /> and do hereby designate the subdivision as Striglos Addition and the same shall be so <br /> known hereafter. We do hereby dedicate for sewers, water mains, drainage facilities <br /> and public utility purposes the various easements so designated on the attached plat; <br /> hereby waiving in such portions so dedicated all rights under and by virtue of the <br /> Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Illinois. <br /> The covenants hereinafter set forth shall apply to the entire Addition: <br /> 1. The maximum building setback shall be five (5) feet. <br /> 2. The exterior building material shall be mainly brick and blend with the <br /> surrounding architecture. <br /> 3. The lots are restricted to such use as is permitted by the appropriate zoning <br /> classification under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois. <br />
