Failure or delay on the part of STRIGLOS or the CITY to exercise any right, <br /> power of privilege hereunder shall not operate as a waiver hereof. <br /> 16. Assiqnment. STRIGLOS may not assign its rights under this Lease to subsequent <br /> owners, lessees, occupiers, persons or entities without the express authorization of <br /> the CITY, which express authorization, shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any such <br /> assignment shall cause this Lease to be null and void. <br /> 17. Amendment. No amendment of this Lease shall be valid unless made in writing and <br /> signed by STRIGLOS and an authorized agent of the CITY. <br /> 18. Severabilitv. If any section, terms or provisions of this Lease or the <br /> application thereof shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the <br /> remainder of each section, subsection, term or provision of this Lease or <br /> the application of the Lease to the parties, shall not be affected thereby. <br /> 19. Termination.
