R2010-227 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> FOR THE FY 09-10 CDBG FA�ADE PROGRAM <br /> -150 EAST WILLIAM STREET- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Nick G. <br /> Striglos, owner of the real estate located at 150 East William Street, for the funding of the <br /> restoration work as set forth in said Agreement, using funds made available by the Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program be, and the same is, hereby received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Agreement on behalf of the City of Decatur in an amount not <br /> to exceed $65,000.00. <br /> Section 3.
