EXHIBIT 8 <br /> Scope of Previous Facade Work <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> An inspection by City Staff conducted in October 2005 of the property located at 150 East <br /> William Street, revealed some exterior fa�ade deterioration. As per the written agreement <br /> with the city: <br /> 5. Owner will retain the exterior of the building on the property for a ten <br /> (10) year period referred to in paragraph 3 of the agreement, in the design <br /> and character achieved after completion of the work described in paragraph <br /> 1 in the agreement, maintaining the same at his expense in a good state of <br /> repair, subject to the terms of paragraph 3 in the agreement. <br /> The following items listed below were cited as needing repair: <br /> 1. Windows and doors need scraped and painted (all floors); <br /> 2. Frames need caulked; <br /> 3. Some window have frames deterioration that need attention; <br /> 4. Tuck pointing needed; <br /> 5. Framed sign boards need repair; <br /> 6. One arched glass missing; <br /> 7. Glass block needs scraped and pointed; and, <br /> 8. A beam above Just for Kids needs scraped and painted. <br /> 9 <br />
