AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT �I This AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is entered into this 15�h day of I November, 2010, by and between the city of Decatur, Illinois ("City"), a municipal corporation, and Ryan P. McCrady ("Employee"). ' WHEREAS, the parties hereto previously entered into and executed an EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT, dated October 6, 2008, which AGREEMENT the parties now wish to amend as set forth herein; and, WHEREAS, said EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT shall remain fully enforceable and effective, as written, except as to matters expressly amended or modified as set forth herein. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants, warranties and agreements contained herein, the parties hereto do hereby covenant and agree as follows: Section l. The EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT previously executed as aforesaid ("AGREEMENT") shall remain in full force and effect, as written, except as may be modified ar amended as expressly set forth herein. Section 2. Section 8 of the AGREEMENT shall be amended and modified at the first paragraph thereof such that said first paragraph, as so amended and modified, shall provide that said Employment Agreement shall be extended for an additional two (2) year period ending October 19, 2012. Section 3. Section 22 of the AGREEMENT shall be amended and modified at the first paragraph thereof such that said first paragraph, as so amended and modified, shall provide that the Employee shall be entitled to twenty(20) days of paid vacation. Section 4. The amendments to Section 8 and Section 22 of the AGREEMENT, as set out in paragraphs 2 and 3 hereof, shall be effective immediately upon passage. DATED this 15th day of November, 2010.
